Code of Ethics

The Bible, God’s word, His Logos is the code of ethics we live by and expect everyone we work with to live by the same code.

What you can expect
  • We will use our God given resources to serve you with our whole heart.
  • We will use our God given resources wisely.
  • We will teach the unadulterated “truth”, the word of God.
  • We will give you practical tools to help you apply the word of God to your life.
  • We will love you, pray for you, correct you, and equip you for kingdom service.
What we expect
  • You will commit to seriously studying and applying God’s word to your life.
  • You will teach at least three people what you learn and compel each of them to teach at least three people who they will tell to teach at least three people.
  • You will come together with an expectation of hearing from God and receiving His manifested blessings.
We live according to Kingdom Principles.  Some of these are:
  • Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all you soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength (Mark 12:30).
  • Love your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:39).
  • We follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: (Hebrews 12:14).
  • Forgive and you will be forgiven (Matthew 6:14).
  • In Him we live and move and have our being (Acts 17:28)
  • Supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty (I Timothy 2:1-2).
  • Pray without ceasing (I Thessalonians 5:17)
  • Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1).
  • But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that his is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6).
  • Give and it shall be given unto you (Luke 6:38)
  • For the gifts and callings of God are without repentance (Romans 11:29).
  • For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds; (II Corinthians 10:3-4).
  • No weapon that is formed against us shall prosper and every tongue that rise against us in judgment we shall condemn. That is our heritage as servants of the Lord and our righteousness is of Him (Isaiah 54:17).

The Leadership and Team Building Philosophy
    • Leaders are both born and made; commitment, hard work, sacrifice, and some pain are necessary.
    • Leaders must be equipped in order to equip leaders.
    • Leaders must serve.
    • Leaders don’t quit; they inspire others.
    • There is no “I” in TEAM.
    • TEAM mean “Together Everyone Achieves More” Vince Lombardi
    • Each time “1” is added, the multiplication process is activated (Deuteronomy 32:30).

Adding 1 to 1 equals 2; adding another zero to 1000 equals 10,000 and yields the same results as multiplying 1000 by 10 equals 10,000.

  • Leaders build teams. (Jesus is a team builder.)
