Gwendolyn N. Davis is the founder and CEO of The Equipping Institute, a leadership training and development organization ordained by God “to equip leaders to lead”/“to equip leaders to serve”/”to teach My people truth”. She has been responsible for leadership training and development for organizations in Detroit, Michigan and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She has conducted conferences in Florida and Alabama and has been a conference speaker in Michigan, Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
During her tenure while working for a local county government, she designed and facilitated the leadership training and development program for the department. She also trained facilitators to administer the training program. She conducted a Saturday Bible Study and a Leadership Focus Group in her home and has written and distributed newsletters in the United States.
Gwendolyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Detroit College of Business and has earned credits toward a Masters in Bible and a Doctors of Divinity at Faith Evangelistic Christian Schools. She has also earned credits toward a Doctor of Ministry at the Detroit Extension of Faith Baptist College and Seminary, and the University of Fort Lauderdale. She earned a Masters of Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. She earned a Doctor of Christian Organizational Leadership from Newburgh Theological Seminary and Bible College in Newburgh, Indiana.
Gwendolyn was Associate Director of Christian Education at Holy Ghost Full Gospel Baptist Church and she was ordained a Minister of the Gospel at Greater Works Ministries, both in Detroit, Michigan.
